Express and Now Contact

Recommended Posts

Trying to configure Retrospect Express to backup certain files on my hard drive to my built in zip drive. The only thing that I can't get Express to backup is my Now Contact Files. When I choose the Now folder as a sub folder, the Contact files don't show up. Why doesn't Express recognize my Now Contact files as data to be backed up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you are initially setting up a subvolume, you will only see the folder stucture and not the individual files.

If you would like to view the individual files, you can go to Immediate > Backup. Select the subvolume as your source. Click on Preview. Retrospect will generate a browser window which will display the contents of your folder (subvolume).
