ofiana Posted May 14, 2002 Report Share Posted May 14, 2002 Trying to configure Retrospect Express to backup certain files on my hard drive to my built in zip drive. The only thing that I can't get Express to backup is my Now Contact Files. When I choose the Now folder as a sub folder, the Contact files don't show up. Why doesn't Express recognize my Now Contact files as data to be backed up? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AmyJ Posted May 31, 2002 Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 When you are initially setting up a subvolume, you will only see the folder stucture and not the individual files. If you would like to view the individual files, you can go to Immediate > Backup. Select the subvolume as your source. Click on Preview.
