mbarone Posted May 11, 2002 Report Share Posted May 11, 2002 My Mac that was doing my backups died. My old backup used TR-4 4/8GB tapes. I bought a new iMac and USB Seagate TapeStor 20 that comes with Retrospect 4.3C. When I try to recreate from tape I get the message "Content Unrecognized". How can I get my old data? Guest Posted May 13, 2002 Report Share Posted May 13, 2002 It's very possible that the tapes are not compatible with the new drive. What is the mechanism of this tape drive?
