rlrx
I recently installed itunes 2.0 and now everytime I put in a blank CD, I get a dialog box telling me the CD needs to be prepared for burning. Options are for Toast or Itunes. So when I run Retrospect, and put in a CD, there's a lag (perhaps while some sort of sytem level formatting is going on) and then Retrospect advises me that the media is damaged. Happens everytime. Anyone have a similar experience? My CD burner is broken and off for repair, so take your time responding.
Guest
4.3 isn't compatible with OS X. Can you confirm what Retrospect version and OS you are running under? Thanks

Guest
[i've moved this thread to the Mas OS 9 forum] This should only happen with new CDs. To avoid this, let Retrospect ask you for a new CD, and don't let other programs format the CD. We're looking for better ways to address this, but for now you'll just have to tell the other programs to ignore your Retrospect CDs.
