AVID Xpress Media files Backup

I have Mac G4 (9.1), AVID Xpress 3.1, AVID and Medea external hard drives (total 170 GB), Retrospect Backup 4.3 and LaCie Firewire Combo DVD-R/RAM Drive.

 

I need to backup a lot of very large media files (around 40-50 GB) to DVD RAM discs. When I opened external hard drive using my Retrospect Backup, I found that all files from 30 different other projects are together in one folder: OMF Media Files. How can I make a selection of the files from one particular project I need to backup? I cannot make selection by date, because I worked on 7 different projects at the same time. I cannot do this from AVID using File - reveal file, because it works with single clip only. I hope there is a simple technique which you can suggest to me.

Note: LaCie Firewire Combo DVD-R/RAM Drive DOES work with Retrospect when formatting DVD RAM Disc first.
