dicksing Posted February 21, 2002 Report Posted February 21, 2002 With Express 4.3 on my G4 Mac running OS 9.1, when I do a backup of the primary drive to a folder on the secondary drive--having selected software compression--the backup file ends up larger than the data on the primary drive (and both drives have the same block size). The Operations Log reports 0% compression. Why is there no compression?
