Jeerer Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 Hi there, I have just tried to back up my files for the fist time and I always get stuck at the same point. I have a Macbook and an Iomega 160 GB portable drive formated in FAT32 using Retrospect express. In the preferences I have set Media handling to "use hard drives as removable drives". Starting the backup process I chose the source and the destination. I select all files for the backup and my HD gets scanned. Everything fine so fare. Then I am asked I to verify the destination again and I chose removable disk, Iomega. Then I have to confirm that the HD will be erased and that's where I get stuck. The HD shows as "busy" and Retrospect indicates that it cannot erase the HD. What's wrong? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
