can't get upgrade code or authentication code accepted by retrospect

i am trying to install retrospect 5 on our mac network

 

i have 5 clients and retrospect 4.2. i purchased a 5 client upgrade, with authorisation code

 

i have CD with the client upgrades on, i downloaded the application

 

i checked at the dantz site with the original licence, got an upgrade licence key number through email, but the installed application won't recognise any of the data i enter as being suitable

 

any ideas?

But did you purchase an application upgrade? A client upgrade will only upgrade your client licenses and will not provide you with an upgrade from 4.2 to 5.0 application.

 

If you did purchase the 5.0 application, and are entering the number correctly from your confirmation email, and it's still not working, call Customer Service directly:
