Ann
When I updated from Systemworks I downloaded the 5.0.236 version but when i tried a backup, my CD drive was seen, but the program said no backup device was found. I tried downloading the 5.0.238 to see if that would work, and then I was asked for a registration number, and the number on my CD did not work. Now I can't get any version of Retrospect Express to open. Have I completely messed up? Would like some help, please--make it simple! AmyJ
In reply to: Now I can't get any version of Retrospect Express to open. What happens when you try to open the program? Your best bet may just be to start over from scratch. Run the Retrospect installer and choose the option to 'Uninstall'. Uninstall the program and then run the installer again to Install a new copy. Ann
Thank you. Now can you tell me if the Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R2212 is supported? I do not see it listed. Ann
