Larry Posted December 8, 2002 Report Share Posted December 8, 2002 Power Mac Dual 1GHz, Jaguar 10.2.2 and Retrospect Express V 5.0.238 and 3 internal drives. I backed up all the drives to a 40GB external firewire drive and every thing went well, no problems. I would like to make the external drive a startup drive, can I do this without loosing what I backed up (the only thing on the drive is the backup catalog), if not is it possible to move the catalog to one of the internal drives, make the backup drive a startup and them move the catalog back?
