panjy
Retrospect Express 6.1 was working fine with my MacBook Pro, 10.4.10, back in July 2007 (I don't know which version OSX was at that time). Every time I try to create a new backup set now, however, the application just quits when I click the final "New" button. It doesn't matter what type of backup set I try to create. It also quits when trying to configure an existing backup set. I've tried rebooting, completely uninstalling and then reinstalling, but it keeps on quitting at that step. There is no error message or anything. The OS seems fine. I've even upgraded to Retrospect Desktop, but that doesn't work either. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? Thanks, Jeff

So that the next time you installed/ran, you were prompted to enter your license code? Dave
panjy
Yes, preferences were gone. I had to re-enter my license info after uninstalling. Thanks, Jeff
CallMeDave
- Can you go to Configure->Devices? - What do you see there? Dave
