Errors 1101 and 1102: no backup

Hi,

after having configured my Retrospect Express HD 2.0, I tried the "backup now" command.

After a few minutes I got the following error message for several files (short version, translated from Italian):

 

File "C:\AUTOEXEC.001": cannot be read, error -1101 (file/directory not found)

 

Then also

 

File "C:\Dev-C++.zip": cannot be read, error -1102 (unit missing/unavailable)

 

At the end I can read:

 

Errors while reading files, error -1102 (unit missing/unavailable)

Remaining: 219673 file, 15,2 GB

What is gone wrong?

 

I can obviously open the "file/directory not found" files without any problem and I can also copy/read file to/from the external HD (iomega eGo portable).

 

Any clue?
