NathanWA Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 Retrospect 7.0.5.102 on WINXP and Client 7.0.112 on WIN2K3. We unininstalled a client from one machine, and installed on the WIN2K3 box. When setting up the backup job, RP server requests "Additional license required". When we enter our valid license code, we get "Sorry, that code failed." In the sever License Manager, it shows the correct code and Status of "1 used, 1 available".
