gdc
Retrospect 6.0 on Windows XP Pro Maxtor OneTouch drive (USB & firewire, USB being used) + software After upgrading my PC and reinstalling both Retrospect and OneTouch, the OneTouch script no longer launches the progressive backup script that I want to use. To replace it I followed the instructions I received with my external disk and deleted the script in the Manage Scripts function of Retrospect, but now when I push my OneTouch button it does not launch the the OneTouch setup wizard to let me reconfigure it, but brings up the Backup dialogue box. Any thoughts much appreciated.... the OneTouch progressive backup is brilliant, and I'm feeling rather lost without it! I'm not entirely sure this is where I should be posting, so apologies in advance if this is beyond the remit.

gdc
rhwalker - thanks for the suggestion, but the link doesn't seem to be working. I'll try again later though in case it's just temporarily unavailable. Thanks again.
