belgometal Posted September 19, 2007 Report Share Posted September 19, 2007 Until some months ago, we used retrospect multiserver 5.6 with Dell powervault 120T. Never had any problems, tape and library (8 slots) perfectly recognized and working perfectly. Then we bought a quantum Superloader 3 LTO3 with autoloader 8 slots and did an upgrade to 7.5 multiserver. The version 7.5 won't show me the tape library for the quantum and also no library for the dell powervault. Backup is still working but with one tape at a time. In the device i only see "Certance Ultrium 3 DC (1.41)" instead of quantum ?? How can i retrospect 7.5 work with my library ??
