Cannot back file or floder with chinese filename

Dear all,

 

Please help,

I am using retrospect 7.0 in win2003 English server. win2003 is installed Asia language package ready that I can see my linux client file with chinese filename with using like this \\192.168.1.2\share in browser.

 

But in retrospect,

in volume , browser the folder, all chinese name files show to strange word

 

I try to back up , it can backup all english file name , but without chinese filename files ,

 

Please HELP~~~~
