Pete131270 Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 I recently bought a Western Digital My Book Premium ES - complete with Retrospect Express HD. I get an error whenever retrospect launches - saying 'updating status' I have looked at the EMC website and at various forums - I can't find anything that works. Please help. I am running Vista - it is up to date I have checked that I am on the latest Retrospect I have deleted and re-installed retrospect I'm now stuck!
