abradaxis Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 After many successful creations of Dis Backup Files, Retrospect suddenly will not recognize my OS disk in its attempt to locate the txtseup.sif file in the I386 folder. The browse button will not let me put in a path, and there seems to be no way to point retrospect to the correct folder on the CD. I know that there is an I386 folder, and a txtsetup.sif file are on it, but the selection both during the DR procedure is greyed out, so no selection is possible. The DR process keeps on informing me that it cannot find a Windows CD in the drive. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
