Cannot backup - Status: Source not available

Hi Guys/Girls,

 

Just thought I would post this up in an attempt to try and find a possible solution to the problem we are having here.

 

Currently we are running Retrospect 7.5.324 SBS edition.

 

Now....here lies the problem.

 

I have added a new Client. The Client installer (7.5) has been deployed and exclusions set etc.

 

Whenever the proactive backup schedule starts - every client backs up correctly except for one. This one client just refuses to backup and the Status always remains as "Source". When I look further into the problem, it just outlines that the status is "source not available". Do date, I have uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled the client. I have "forgotten" the client, as well as readded the client. However none of this has helped.

 

The firewall is not stopping the client from being backed up, and network accessibility isn't the problem as I receive responses from the client/pc without any problems.

 

It's got me stumpted!

 

Any help and/or feedback is greatly appreciated.
