retrospect wont see my book world edition 2

retrospect wont see my book world edition 2, it is connected on my router( Belkins) I can work with it on windows explorer but when I try to make a copy or anything with retrospect it wont let me see the hdd.

I have updated the software but still nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

I am using windows vista ultimate ed.
