jckadyk Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 I'm running Retrospect Single Server (Windows) version 7.5.387 with Driver Update and Hot Fix, version 7.5.11.100. Lately, when I open the program manually, I get the following messages in the log: TVol::openAsNtDevice: CreateFile failed, Z:\, winerr 52, error -1014 TVol::GetInfo: UGetVolumeInformation failed, Z:\, winerr 52, error -1014 These repeat a few times, then it's just the top one, over and over until I exit Retrospect. If Retrospect auto-launches, though, neither of these errors appears. How can I get the errors to stop when manually launching Retrospect? Thanks.
