cottonwoodian Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 Retrospect HD 1.1.127 backs up to the Maxtor One Touch II on my Windows XP. The program states 187 backups, but when I select restore the calendars are empty with no backups to view. The drive shows that todays backup is present and lists files. I cannot access any backups and the total backup number remains at 187 even though 64gig are free on the 100 gig drive. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
k33gan Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 Hi, did you ever receive any success with your problem. I just gt a similar problem like yours. My restore point folder contains all of my restore point but the status displays zero restore points. I cant to access any of them. My tech thinks the catalogue needs to be rebuilt. I had to delete all files and remove all Retrospect programs and from my drives and registry and start anew the the Maxtor CD. Every thing has been working okay for the past couple of months.
