Err0r -3405 (Unknown)

Added a user to Exchange. Within an hour, changed the user name in Active Directory. Now Retrospect is trying to backup a mailbox which doesn't exist. I removed the previous user name shapshots from the backup set then groomed. Still getting a error every half hour saying Exchange is incomplete.

 

So the KB article (see below) says to "remove the inactive mailbox from your backup script."

How do I remove something that Exchange added?

When accessing an Exchange Server Mailbox which has been deleted or is no longer active in Active Directory, Retrospect may report an error -3405 (unknown).

To resolve this issue, remove the inactive mailbox from your backup script.
