set4455 Posted March 30, 2007 Report Share Posted March 30, 2007 I got the Maxtor One Touch Turbo about 2 weeks ago and was having no problems until I installed a new antiviral program and removed my old one. Now I can't get Retrospect Express HD 1.1 to run and keep getting the following message: RetroExpress.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services. Applications has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0x1044 (4164), Thread id=0x49c(1180). Click OK to terminate the application. Click CANCEL to debug the application. When I hit CANCEL, I get the following message: Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings. cordbg.exe !a 0xdd4. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but still keep getting the message and can't get the program to run.
