SteveAtSun
I am using Mac w/ Remote Access 5. I recently restored some files that were on a remote CPU. The files were in a shared folder that was on the desktop of the remote Mac. The log shows that the file restorations were a success, but when I open the folder that Retrospect creates on the HardDrive it says it contains zero contents. The log shows that the remote shared folder is invisible. So I can't get to the files that I restored. Any one have any advise or ideas. This is my first time posting, so apologies to everyone if not enough info, or a bad description. HELP!
AmyJ
When you're setting up your restore, try changing the pull-down menu from "Restore Files and Folders" to "Restore Just Files." Often this is the result of the folders either flagging those files as invisible, or having permissions that don't match up with what you have access to.
