cubber Posted January 22, 2007 Report Share Posted January 22, 2007 I received this program from Western Digital, and created a backup of my "C" drive on an external USB hard drive. I want to restore "My Pictures" and find that I am unable to do so. I cannot get the backup catalog file to open, or anything else to happen for that matter, the program just runs with nothing happening. HELP !!
