pulegone Posted January 21, 2007 Report Posted January 21, 2007 I have version 7.5 with the latest updates and have previously done a backup and created a disaster recovery disk with no problem. I just created a new backup and experienced a problem during creation of the disaster recovery ISO file. Received error 1012 (feature unsupported) and that VGA932.FO could not be read. I searched for this error code in the forum and it didn't turn up. Any help with this one?

I rebooted my computer and repeated the process of creating the disaster recovery disk, and everything went well this time. Should have thought of doing that first. It's always amazing what rebooting can do to fix things.
