barticus Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 I had been using Retrospect 6.x as our backup server for a few years now, backing up to our internal FTP server without a hitch until earlier this week. Now the Retrospect server can't log in to the FTP server, it just times out after the default 30 minutes. From a terminal window I can log in to the FTP server using the Retrospect login without a problem. Upgrading to Retrospect 6.1 had no effect. Have any ideas on where I should start looking? I am currently installing 10.3 on a second Mac and will install the Retrospect software on that machine to see if that helps. Even if it does, though, I would still like to know what went wrong.
