zqxthree Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 Running OEM Retrospect Express 7.5.324 with Driver Update and Hot Fix 7.5.6.105 on Windows XP Home with all latest updates. Also have LapLink Gold 11.5 but it's not running. Started Retrospect Express and it offered me an update. I accept. Downloaded ru759102au.exe and ran it. The installed somehow invokes the LapLink installer and generates this error message: "An existing copy of the LapLink was found... You must install that copy..." I'm baffled!
