unable to retrieve a snapshot in the snapshot retrieval window (retrieve button is disabled)

Hello !

 

I 've been working with retrospect 6.5 for a while now, and I notice sometime, the retrieve button is the retrival snapshot window is disabled.

 

The main pb now is that I would like to restore a snapshop that "have" the retrieve button disabled.

 

How can I proceed ? Why this button is sometime enabled, and sometime disabled ?

Just to confirm, the retrieve button is still disabled even after you have selected the snapshot? Long shot, but just to check.

 

Otherwise, I'd try rebuilding/repairing the catalogue. It's under Tools -> Repair Catalogue.

The button is disabled when the snapshot has been retrieved or is in the catalog already. It may also be disabled when as associated member is marked as missing.
