Eva Posted October 29, 2006 Report Share Posted October 29, 2006 I cannot find anything in the EMC knowledge base about Error 1103. A Google search sent me here. I'm done troubleshooting RE, wasted a lot of time and effort and have nothing to show for it. It has been nothing but trouble since I've tried using it to backup my image files to a WD My Book. The folder of files it choked on was 113GB of photos. I set it to run while I slept and it was frozen on the 2nd of 5 folders when I checked it this morning at 6:30am. No curser and Ctrl>Alt>Del did not work. Had to use the Kill Switch to shut it down. Needless to say that I am not happy with not finding information regarding this issue. It is a major bug with version 7.5.whatever. Since I could not find information and have to wait until Monday to get tech support, I uninstalled it.
