redpipe Posted October 26, 2006 Report Share Posted October 26, 2006 Hi! Running Desktop on Macintosh G5 with Iomega REV-drives. New to Retrospect, trying to backup two workstations over the network. I have followed the Backup server tutorial step by step, and all seems to work out fine. However, when I launch the script, Retrospect pauses with the message "waiting for media". If I run a normal backup I upon launch get a pop-up where I choose what media to backup on (my REV-drive). This pop-up never appears in my script, hence the stall. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
