Lemon Posted October 20, 2006 Report Share Posted October 20, 2006 Hello! One of my colleagues has a Maxtor One touch drive. OS is Windows XP SP2. She´s using Retrospect 6.0.222 and made one full backup in the very beginning and from then the backups have just added new data. The problem: Her computer crashed and she´d to reinstall Windows. When she´s trying to restore files and folders from the latest backup (9th of October) everything goes "fine"... But even tough the newest file on the backup is from the end of August this year, the changes she´s made since then can´t be found. There are nine *.rdb files in the backup. It starts with AA000001.rdb up to 9. Shouldn´t there be a number 0 as well? Where could the missing data be? Bes regards, Lemon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
