arnstein Posted October 14, 2006 Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 I have Retrospect Professional for Windows 7.5. I have Windows XP Pro service pack 2 with all patches from Microsoft. I have an Ecrix (bought by Exabyte, bought by Tandberg) VXA-1 tape drive. I have been using Retrospect with good results. I applied the Retrospect patch file ru758101.exe and it seemed to go well. But all of my backup tapes show "erased" in Retrospect. I re-applied the Retrospect patch file ru757103.exe and the "erased" problem of Retrospect vanishes. cbarnabo Posted October 14, 2006 Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 David, I'm having a similar problem with DVD-R and DVD+R media and I'd like to try undoing ru758101.exe to see if that clears it. Where can I download ru757103.exe? Edit: nevermind, I found it and it doesn't seem to correct the problem. Following up in another thread.
