hippytech Posted December 18, 2003 Report Share Posted December 18, 2003 I have just added an Exabyte Autopak 1x10 VXA-2 to a Win 2000 server running Retrospect 5.6 Backup Server. Loading driver set 3.1 and scanning devices got the Autoloader to show up with all 10 slots, but the tapes all show as "unknown". I have tried the erase and scan buttons, but nothing seems to change.
