ckbeaudoin Posted June 5, 2003 Report Share Posted June 5, 2003 I'm having problems backing up both Quickbook files and Outlook pst's. The problem is actually on the client end, in that when the applications get shut down, they are remaining "connected" to the data files (control alt delete reveals Qbw32 running, etc). So I get error 1111 - locked range conflict. Any ideas what is causing these apps to remain partially open? (Yes, it's Windows 98). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AmyJ Posted June 13, 2003 Report Share Posted June 13, 2003 I've seen the same behavior myself with Outlook at times -- manually shutting down the program, yet the Outlook.exe process is still running in the background.
