BikeBoy Posted December 31, 2002 Report Share Posted December 31, 2002 Why is it that if I want ti install Retrospect 5.6 on W2K Pro in any folder other than default C:\~\Dants\Clent the application installs all greyed out? Then when you go to Start->Retrospect 5.6 the On/Off options are grayed out, and so is everything else. Is this a known issue? I tried multiple tests with the 5.6 and the 6.0 client and was not able to replicate what you are seeing. When this happens - what does the Status box say?
