Defining Subvolumes yields error -517

Recommended Posts

Hello:

When defining subvolumes on a remote computer, I'm able to access the volume, but after choosing the subvolume (Control+Click isn't multiple selecting subvolumes), I close the window and then the "Client Connection" box shows up with a timer icon and the word "closing". This goes on for a long time. When I close this box, the new volume shows up in the list. When I try to define another subvolume, I get the "Client Connection" box again, and when I close it, I get error 517 "backup client is busy".

I've checked the network connection, which is still open.

Version is 5.6.132. OS is Win2K SP2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
