rchasin Posted May 1, 2002 Report Share Posted May 1, 2002 The weirdest thing has happened twice since I changed my os to WinXP. I have a few backup scripts set up to run Retrospect at a certain time of day. The files are backed up to a fileset on a network drive. Twice now, after the script attempts to run, I get messages telling me that the catalog is locked, and that the catalog file is missing. I look at where the catalog file had been, and sure enough it is no longer there - completely gone. The folder it was in is now set to "read-only". I have reset the scripts, created new catalog files, etc. Everything works fine for a few days, and then it happens again. Too strange. Any ideas??
