cj8n Posted April 15, 2002 Report Share Posted April 15, 2002 Hello Forum users, Retrospect Server skips a correctly named tape, switches to a different tape drive and erases a named tape to complete a backup. Retrospect names the new tape the Exact name as the existing tape. Shouldn't it just write to the named tape? The tape is not full and "Automatic Skip to Blank Media" is not checked.
