Full Restoring a SBS2000 system

I am trying to restore a system drive (operating system SBS2000) and after

I reboot the system stalls on the "Restoring network connections" box.

P.S.

I pressed F8 and went to the Active Directory Services Restore Mode,

but nothing happened there. I didn't get any dialogs for restoring special server components.
