Incremental BU errors

Each time I attempt an immediate incremental backup I am asked to insert the last disk of the set.

The backup runs and I get error messages such as:

+ Retrospect Driver Update, version 2.6.106

I have a Dell 733, 256 MB, Sony CRX140E CD-RW & lots of HD space. I am using CD-R media.

Running under Windows 98SE.

When this occurs, I feel that I have corrupted the last disk of the set and have to make a new complete backup.

How can I get accurate incrementals?

Also, do I need to make a new Disaster Recovery Disk after each incremental, assuming I can make a successful one?
