memory usage

Hello, we are running retrospect server 5.1 on a 500mhz G4 with 384 MB of RAM running Mac OS 10.3.2. We have been experiencing crashes so i decided to run the activity monitor while it was running its daily script.

 

 

 

It shows that Retrospect is using:

 

 

 

225MB of Real Memory

 

and

 

380MB of Virtual Memory

 

 

 

it fluxuates a little, but stays around this range.

 

 

 

is this normal?

 

the VM size is up to 2.2GB

 

 

 

anyone else see this?
