I have installed all the software and partioned the drive for one touch back up. I set up the One touch setting preference to open "One touch", but nothing happens. In partitioning the drive (which erases all contents on the drive) do I need to install something else. If anyone could help, please let me know, before I pull the rest of my hair out.
