kerryd Posted July 18, 2006 Report Share Posted July 18, 2006 I'm backing up my Home Folder and a Folder at the Mac's root level in Library called OpenBase. I have a script that backs these two up. It first backs up one then the other. I'm trying to exclude though folder's in my Home folder that really don't need to be backed up. But I can't seem to get it to work. If I say include <username> but exclude Enclosing folders it will work but it won't back up Openbase folder. If I then say include <username> and <openbase> but exclude Enclosing folders marked say red it backs up nothing. What am I doing wrong?
