Simple Fix for consistency check elem16.c-687

I see several threads here regarding consistency check error elem16-c-687. This error is thrown when MacOS Retrospect tries to access a Windows XP client.

 

Some threads had success by removing and reinstalling Retrospect Client on the XP machine.

 

However, there's an easier solution: In the Retrospect Clients dialog, go to 'Network',

find the offending WinXP client, and click 'Forget...'.

 

Then Connect to the client again, and the consistency check error should be gone!
