lstone19
I've seen this issue on and off across various versions. Currently on Retrospect 19.3.0. Groom will leave behind an old backup that should have been groomed. Options for the Media Set are Groom to keep 1 backup and Storage-optimized grooming. Despite that, the Media Set, for a backup that runs weekly, currently show two backups: today's and one from 5/14/24 (it has been run every week in between). Past experience has been that I need to recycle the media set to get rid of the orphaned backups and start over. Any ideas or other solutions other than recycling yet again? Lennart_T
In the Windows version you can manually "forget" (delete) a backup and then groom it out. I'm not sure how to do that in the Mac version (or even if it is at all possible).
