crobles
I'm performing a restore that requires a few different tapes, the tapes are loaded into the quantum library which Restrospect can see, I've refreshed the environment but all of the tapes are greyed out, a few that I know have tapes in them say (Unknown) or empty and no matter what I do Restrospect will not take control of the library and switch tapes to find what it needs. In the log I'm seeing this over and over: Quote [*] devctrlrDevLogin: no login, refnum 0x204f [*] devctrlrInstMake: unavailable refnum 0x204f [*] devctrlrDevLogin: no login, refnum 0x2082 [*] devctrlrInstMake: unavailable refnum 0x2082 [*] devctrlrDevLogin: no login, refnum 0x2082 Is there a communication issue I need to address? If I manually move the required tape into the drive restrospect will restore from that tape accordingly but will then just stop when it needs the next one and I have to move it manually by using the deck. I'm on Restrospect 18.5.3.142 on Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 If any other information would be helpful please let me know.
