techmonkey2k8 Posted June 3, 2002 Report Share Posted June 3, 2002 Just downloaded Retrospect Express 5.6. Installed fine on Windows XP. Doing a backup to a file works fine. However, when I try to backup 250MB to my Hitachi CD-RW that came with this wonderful Dell, it errors out. It finds the CD-RW, formats/recognizes the media, starts to collect the data and when it gets ready to burn it will run 1 file or no files at all when it fails out with an error -100, device rejected command. I followed all the instructions from the knowledge base, no resolve. Could it really be the media? Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
