bstaud
Proactive backup only runs in Normal mode. Does this mean a full/recycle backup also has to be run before starting proactive, to be able to do a complete current restore?
Scillonian
No you don't need to run a full or recycle backup before using Proactive Backup. If you want to you can but you don't have to. Proactive backup will backup any new or changed files that are not in the target backup set so if your backup set in empty (e.g. new or recycled) everything that matches your selection criteria will be backed-up.
