metadesign Posted March 7, 2013 Report Share Posted March 7, 2013 Hi Everyone, I've been having an extremely frustrating issue with Retrospect Mac Version 9.0.0 (319). After a while, favorite folders stop working and appear with a "disconnected" icon next to them. The only remedy is to delete the folders and start all over. This happens in Retrospect v10 as well. What we know for sure is deleting the folders and starting over remedied the situation for you. But your claim is much more broad then that. Your claim is that _nothing else_ will remedy the situation, which is pretty much impossible to prove, since you would have to show that you tried everything possible in the entire universe, which itself is impossible to prove. But what you could do is share the things that you did try, that were unsuccessful, in order to help readers (to whom you are appealing for assistance) get an idea of what's going on for you.
